School is back in session and kids are already busy with homework and extra curricular activities. But, you can help your kids incoorporate fitness into thier daily routines. April Cabrera is a professional dancer and a fitness instructor, with two kids of her own, she practices what she preaches and showed Guy and Melissa how to do it.

April Cabrera has taught all over Sacramento including 16 years at Broadway Academy, Sacramento Kings, San Francisco 49ers, the San Diego Chargers and the United Spirit Association (USA). In 2002, April started Dance Express at the Natomas Park Club house where she started with 10 students that grew to 150 by 2005. It is her desire to establish a dance studio that accommodates the youth, technically trained dancers, and artists who wish to train and perform in a space where there are no boundaries on creativity.
