Deep Fried 3 Banana Ravioli

1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 T Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 cup Honey
1 lb Canavish Banana (Reg. yellow), 1/2 inch slices
1 lb Red Bananas, 1/2 slices
1 lb Thai Bananas, 1/2 inch slices
20 Won Ton Wraps (small or large)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
Chocolate and Caramel Syrup

Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees or add oil to skillet and heat.   In a separate skillet over medium heat add butter and melt.  Add sugar, vanilla, ginger and honey.  Combine until smooth.  Add bananas.  Toss until coated and set aside.  Place one won ton wrap on flour dusted surface.  Place 1 oz. of banana filling in middle of wrap.  Dip pastry brush or finger in water and go around edge of wrap.  Top with second sheet of wrap and seal pushing out any air inside of ravioli.  Carefully place ravioli in hot oil for about 15-20 seconds or until golden brown.  Turn only once to cook both sides.  Place on paper towel to drain.  Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over ravioli.

To serve:  Place 2-3 ravioli on plate or bowl and drizzle with Chocolate and Caramel
