Tuna Ceviche

Ingredients:
1lb Ahi tuna, cut into squares

Marinade:

1 green bell pepper without seeds, cut into 1/4" slices

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup tomato paste

1/4 cup tomato juice

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Directions:
Blend the marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth

2 oz raisins

2 oz green olives

 

Toss tuna with marinade, raisins and olives

Marinade for 20 minutes
