In honor of Fairytale Town's 50th anniversary, the kid-friendly play park will celebrate with a Fifties-theme party on August 29 - the very day it opened in 1959. The event will feature live music from the era, hula hoop and yo-yo demonstrations, a classic car display, and all the ice cream you can eat, courtesy of Crystal Cream & Butter Co.
Fairytale Town's Kathy Fleming and John Lee share the first family to visit when Fairytale orginally opened will be there at the anniversary event.
Melissa enjoyed the coke floats and Guy did a great job getting in the 50's spirit with hula-hooping.
