1 lbs Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 lops butter, unsalted
1 lbs flour
Mix above ingredients and knead into smooth dough. Separate into four equal parts and refrigerate over knight.
Spread the dough 1/4" thick and make kifle, fill with jam or walnut mixture.
2 cups ground walnuts,
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon rum
1 tablespoon lemon
1/2 cup hot milk
Mix all ingredients and spoon on kifle.
