Asian Lettuce Wraps

1/10 ounce Garlic
1/4 ounce Chinese BBQ Spice
6 ounces White Meat Chicken for Lettuce Wraps
3 ounces Vegetables for Asian Lettuce Wraps
1 1/2 ounces Black Sauce
1/4 ounce Green Onions Chopped
Drop of Sesame Oil

Heat wok and add oil 1/2 ladle, cook chicken for approximately 1 1/2 minutes.  Add 2 scoops of water cook and another minute. Place vegetables and chicken on slotted strainer. Heat wok and add garlic and Chinese BBQ spice.
Add chicken and vegetables. Add black sauce, cook until the chicken has absorbed the sauce. Add green onions. Add sesame oil.

Plate Set Up
1/4 ounce Sunflower Seeds
1 ounce Carrots Match
1 ounce Sprouts
9 ounces Rice Sticks
4 Lettuce Cups
2 ounces Hoisin Fruit Sauce

Top chicken/vegetables with sunflower seeds. Top of the plate place sprouts, carrots match and rice sticks. Serve with Hoison Fruit Sauce.
