Car seats provide parents with peace of mind when traveling with their infants and toddlers but what do you do for your older kids?

There is a new law that applies to children up to the age of 8 years old and it's helping boost the safety of kids in the car.

Chris Cochran from the California Office of Traffic Safety and Jennifer Rubin who is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and instructor and the president of the Sacramento Safe Kids Coalition were on our show to help provide information about the law that has some people scratching their heads.
