    People have a difficult time making changes. Of course we all experience stress and unfortunately most of us are ill-prepared to manage stress. And as it builds it continues to have an affect on our health, jobs and relationships. With a few easy steps and being conscious of stress triggers we can reduce our anxiety and become calmer healthier beings.
