Mandarin Orange Chicken Ravioli

3 cups chopped chicken  
8 oz. cream cheese 
6 oz. Mandarin oranges 
1 tablespoons tropical citrus spice 
6 cloves roasted garlic 
1 package won ton wrappers 

Mix First 5 ingredients together.  Place scoop of filling into the center of the won ton wrapper.

Brush all sides of wrapper with water.  Fold over and seal. Use a fork to crimp.  Place ravioli on boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove from water and serve.

1 cup Grand Marnier 
1 cup Mandarin juice 
1/2  cup 4 oranges Vodka 
2 cups chicken stock 
1 tablespoon Mandarin zest 
2 tablespoon cornstarch 

Place Grand Marnier in pan and bring to boil. Catch it on fire to burn off alcohol. Add Juice, Vodka, Zest and Stock saving ¼ cup for cornstarch. Bring to boil for about 4 minutes and reduce heat. Add cornstarch (mixed with Stock) and let sauce thicken. Top with Parmesan cheese and Mandarin Walnuts.
