SACRAMENTO, CA - A man was injured after an argument escalated into a shooting Friday evening.
The victim and the suspect got into an argument on the 3700 block of Norwood Avenue around 6:30 p.m., Sacramento police Sgt. Michele Gigante said.
During the argument, the suspect shot the man in the upper body them fled the scene in a tan vehicle.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, Gigante said.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 50s and was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue pants.
