Opera singer Marlynn Smith is a hometown girl whose magnificent vocal talent  has enabled her to travel the world, performing works with some of classical music's most renowned orchestras.

Marlynn studied music and voice at the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Her operatic roles include Cio-Cio- San in Madame Butterfly, Micaela in Carmen and Bess and Serena in Porgy and Bess.  

Marlynn is going to give local opera loves a real treat during her special one night only concert on September 17th called, "an Evening with Marlynn & Friends."   Marlynn discusses the concert and her amazing career with hosts Guy Farris and Jodie Moreno.
