Cora Allo, 23, allegedly assaulted a Child Protective Services worker and took daughter Jadaca Paul, 2, during a visit on the 3500 block of Auburn Boulevard around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sacramento police Sgt. Norm Leong said.
