Bethesda has announce that the English version of Hearthfire, the second official DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, will be available for download from the PlayStation Store in North America later today.  It will be priced at 50% off ($2.49) during launch week.

Hearthfire allows players to purchase land and build a home from the ground up - from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with armory, alchemy laboratory, and more.  Choose your land, customize your house, guard it from unwanted visitors, and turn one's house into a home by adopting children.

The PS3 release of Dawnguard, the last outstanding DLC pack for Skyrim, on the PS3 is not far behind.  It will become available in North America beginning on February 26th.  Furthermore, all three add-ons, Dragonborn, Hearthfire, and Dawnguard, will be available to French, Italian, German, and Spanish territories on February 27th.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is rated "M for Mature" by the ESRB and is required to use any of the above-mentioned DLC add-ons.
