CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Police remain on the scene of what appears to be grisly murder-suicide in New Jersey. Police tell WPVI-TV in Philadelphia that a Camden woman decapitated her 2-year-old child before stabbing herself to death.
Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at the home early Wednesday.
Police say the woman, who had a history of mental problems, had barricaded herself inside after arguing with a man believed to be her boyfriend.
Officers gained entry to the home and found the woman dead and the child's head inside a refrigerator.
