STOCKTON, CA - Police arrested three men for an armed gold chain robbery at a north Stockton gas station Monday evening.
Surveillance video from the Chevron gas station on E. March Lane show a Buick pull up near the gas pumps, two men run out of the car and approach a man pumping gas. Police said the two men held guns up to the 41-year-old victim and ripped his gold chain off of his neck. The robbers then ran back to the Buick and sped off.
Police said the victim provided a good detailed description of the Buick and robbers. A community response team spotted the Buick a few hours later in south Stockton. Officers pulled the Buick over and arrested three men at Fourth and San Joaquin Streets.
Arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy were: Daleshawn Mitchell, 18; Leroy McGill, 20; and Aaron McKenzie, 20.
