AnitaBeHealthy Roasted Garlic Spread
 
  Ingredients
4 garlic bulbs
4 tablespoons of olive oil
6 inch round, baking dish


Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
From the non-root end of each garlic bulb, cut top-off horizontally enough of the dried peeling to see the fresh insides. Place the four bulbs cut-side up in the baking dish.
Drizzle one (1) tablespoon of olive oil over each bulb getting as much in-between the spaces of each clove of the bulb as possible. Bake covered for 15 minutes in the covered baking dish. Uncover and bake until cloves are soft. Serve immediately. Use as a spread for bread or crackers.
