Green Goddess Dressing
 
  Ingredients
2 ounces anchovies (fillet in oil)
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch green onions
3 cups mayonnaise
juice of one lemon

Directions
Place mayonnaise, anchovies, and lemon juice in blender and mix. Add parsley and onions and puree. Place in a tight lid container and refrigerate at least two hours or overnight. We recommend using chopped romaine lettuce to make our Goddess salad. In a bowl, toss the romaine with the Green Goddess dressing using only enough dressing to coat the lettuce. When plating top with sliced tomato, avocado and fresh ground pepper. Also great as a spread on burgers and wraps.
