Ingredients
6 ounces plain yogurt
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup peeled, seeded finely chopped cucumbers
1 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, chill for 30 minutes. Can keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. |
