Delicious Ranch Dip
 
  Ingredients
1 loaf (1 1/4 to 1 1/2-pound) hearty round bread, unsliced
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing **
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Mozzarella or pizza blend cheese
1/2 cup chopped orange pepper
1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, drained, reserving 2 slices
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Assorted fresh vegetables

**To substitute bottled Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, use 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix and 1 cup mayonnaise and eliminate Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing from the recipe. Blend Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix with mayonnaise and proceed with recipe as directed.
Serving: about 3 cups


Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Hollow loaf, leaving bottom 1-inch think. Cut 1-inch cubes from the hollowed out inside bread; set aside. Use leftover top of the bread for a stem.
Place loaf on a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Cool on wire rack until ready to use.

For dip, combine cream cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and shredded cheese in medium microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave on high 1 to 11/2-minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove and stir until cheese is completely melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat 1 minute or until heated through. Place dip in toasted bread. Serve with reserved bread cubes and fresh vegetables for dipping.
