Ingredients
1 cup Port wine
1/2 cup water
1 1/4 cups sugar
12 ounces package fresh cranberries
Directions
Bring liquids and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Bring back to a boil. Cover pan and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes – 1 hour. Serve at room temperature or chill. |
