Ingredients
½ cup citrus juice (2/3 lemon juice and 1/3 lemon juice)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
1 tablespoon minced red onion
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
17 ounces olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients, except for oil, in a blender and mix for 10
seconds. Pour in oil slowly and blend on low speed approximately
20-30 seconds. |
