Ingredients
8 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
6 slices of Grateful Bread whole wheat bread
6 slices of Organic Valley pre-sliced mild cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toast the bread in the broiler or the toaster oven until just
toasted. Remove and add the cheese and tomatoes and place back in
the broiler until cheese is melted. Makes six.
