Bacon and Ranch Stuffed Mushrooms
 
  Ingredients
12-16 portabellini mushrooms (depend on size)
1 cup coarsely crushed croutons
1/2 pound cooked chopped bacon
8 ounce package 3 cheese crumbles, Mediterranean style
1 1/2 cubes melted butter
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch The Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
1/2 chopped pecans
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Directions
Remove stems and gills from mushrooms and brush clean. Combine butter and ranch dressing in small bowl. In medium bowl combine croutons, cheese, bacon, green onion, and pecans. Dip mushroom caps in butter mixture and then place on 8x8 microwave-safe pan, 6 caps to a pan. Pour remaining butter into crouton mixture and stir to blend. Divide mixture between mushroom caps and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Serve hot with more ranch dressing on the side. Maybe refrigerated overnight and microwave before serving.
