Disneyland 2-day Park Hopper Ticket Giveaway - June 14-15

Disney has unveiled a brand new attraction in their California Adventure Park, and they want you to be able see it! Cars Land is opening this weekend and there's tons of new rides and attractions that you and your family can enjoy!

This Thursday and Friday June 14 - 15 Sac&Co. will be giving away one family of four pack of 2-Day Park Hopper Tickets to Disneyland each day to the tenth caller on our hotline. Make sure you watch for the cue to call!

You must be 18 years or older, and must not have won a prize with us in the last 30 days. The winner who calls in must be the person to pick up the prize at News10's station in person, and they must bring with them a picture ID that matches the address given at the time of winning and a copy of a utility bill with the same information as on the picture ID.

For official rules and redeeming tickets with Disney:

Official Rules.  Promoter shall cause the official rules for the Sweepstakes to include provisions substantially similar to the following as approved by Disney:

(a)           The Vacation Package awarded by the Station must be completed by March 15, 2013.

(b)           Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions and is subject to hotel availability at the Disneyland® Resort.  Advanced reservations required.

(c)           Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to win.  Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and must be eighteen (18) years of age.

(d)           Vacation Package, Vacation Package components and Tickets may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above.

(e)           Certain travel restrictions apply.

(f)            Saturday night stay may be required.

(g)           Disney, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses injuries, demands, damages, actions, and /or causes of actions which arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion. EXHIBIT B   DISNEY'S RESPONSIBILITIES Disney shall be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for the following:            

2.         Tickets.                        

a)         Disney shall provide to Promoter, to be used solely in connection with the Promotion, 2-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (the "Tickets") good for admission to Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure™ Park (subject to restrictions).             

(b)        The Tickets are subject to the following restrictions:                        

(i)         Tickets must be used by December 15, 2012.                        

(ii)         The Tickets are to be awarded as prizes to bona fide Ticket winners of the Sweepstakes only.  The Station may not distribute the Tickets (or any portion thereof) to any sponsor, clients, affiliated companies, their employees, family members or others who are not a legitimate, bona fide Sweepstakes winner.  No Tickets (or portions thereof) may be reassigned or transferred if any winner is unable to redeem such Tickets. Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration.  Expiration dates will not be extended, and Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen.  Tickets may not be sold or transferred to a third party, including without limitation, to any travel agents, tour operators or other persons engaged in the travel industry, except as allowed in this Agreement.  No substitutions are allowed.  Promoter must return to Disney at the conclusion of the Promotion any and all Tickets not distributed during the Promotion.  Promoter shall bear all risk of loss of the Tickets from the point of delivery to Promoter and for the risk of loss in shipment of the Tickets returned to Disney, if any.                        

(iii)        All other expenses, including but not limited to taxes, transportation including to/from the Premises, parking, hotel room service, meals, beverages, resort taxes and fees, gratuities, and incidental hotel expenses and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the Tickets winner.            

(c)        The retail value of each Ticket is one hundred seventy-three ($173.00).  Promoter will be responsible for issuing all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner(s).
