Uninsured or underinsured? Can't afford health care services for yourself and your children? Well now that is in the past. Kaiser Permanente and community partners present "Neighbors in Health" providing FREE health screenings & services to San Joaquin county residents at San Joaquin County Fairgrounds.
The 15th annual "Neighbors in Health" is a free community health fair that will offer dental services, vision and blood pressure screenings, acupuncture, school/sports physicals, and STD testing just to name a few.
This FREE event is happening on Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 8:00am to 3:00pm. You do not have to be Kaiser Permanente members to receive services! For more information call (209) 476-3340.
