The California Office of Traffic Safety wants to make sure that you only get treats this year for Halloween. In order to do that you need to be vigilant of your little ones while they go door to door in search of haunted treats.

If you're taking to the streets this Halloween, Chris Cochran of the California Office of Traffic Safety, has tips on how to keep the kids safe on their trick or treat expeditions. If you're not going around with the kids, Chris also told us about what the adults need to be aware when out at a spooktacular party. Halloween has one of the highest risks for DUI of the year, don't become part of the statistic. Watch above for more information on having a safe and haunted Holiday!
