Film director and head of animation at Disneyland and Pixar John Lasseter changed the course of animation with his hit movie Toy Story. That film launched a hit movie series, franchise and confirmed John Lasseter's place in animation history and as a visionary in the industry.
Lasseter also was responsible for another hit movie franchise "Cars," which has now become a permanent part of the Disneyland magic with the debut of the new theme attraction "Cars Land." The attraction opened in June and Mellisa Paul spoke to the director about his career and how it felt to see his movie transformed into an entire theme land.
